Tuesday, 29 July 2014 - Manx Undergraduate in Luxembourg for Work Experience
Cambridge undergraduate, Harriet, studying Veterinary Medicine arrived in Luxembourg to commence her work experience at a farm in Longsdorf from Monday 4 August 2014.
This initiative was led by the LMS fostering relationships between the Isle of Man and Luxembourg. Harriet's travel costs were sponsored by Krentz & Griffin Sarl and the farm where she worked provided her with food and lodgings. Appreciation is extended to vet Marc Vaessen who arranged for the work placement on the farm.
Harriet's parents live in Port Erin and she was a student at King William's College. She has just completed her second year of studies at Cambridge and enjoyed her work with cows in Luxembourg!
